DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT


 

1. PARTIES

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between:

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) or service(s) ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller’s website, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

3. PRODUCT / SERVICE INFORMATION

The essential characteristics of the product(s) or service(s), including:

  • Quantity
  • Price
  • Payment Method
  • Delivery Information

are specified during the ordering process and in the order confirmation email.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

The Buyer agrees to pay the total amount specified at checkout, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Accepted payment methods include:

5. DELIVERY

  • Products will be delivered to the address provided by the Buyer during checkout.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / RETURNS

7. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Personalized/custom-made products
  • Digital products delivered electronically
  • Products unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons once opened
  • Services fully performed with the Buyer’s approval

8. LIABILITY

The Seller is responsible for delivering the ordered product/service in accordance with the specifications stated on the website.

The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate personal and delivery information.

9. PRIVACY

The Buyer’s personal data will be processed in accordance with the website’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Uk

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved before the competent courts and consumer authorities of London/UK.

11. ACCEPTANCE

By placing an order through the website, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Distance Sales Agreement.
