Shipping & Delivery

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. All shipments are sent via Aras Kargo, and your tracking number will be shared with you via email once your order has been shipped.

Return Policy

You may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@korjastudio.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, the return shipping details will be shared with you.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
• Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
• Depending on your bank, refunds are typically reflected in your account within 1–5 business days.

Exchange Policy

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. If the requested item is out of stock, a refund process will be offered instead of an exchange.
